There might be some mach related changes needed that I'm not aware of. Running via pymake work fine, you just have to add the extra 'mochitest' folder to your TEST_PATH.

Tested on windows 8 using latest nightly for iteration-12. I saw mochitests into a sub dir under browser/metro/base/tests using http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/metro/base/tests/mochitest/.
