85520 - pasting text into 2nd bullet list item causes caret to wander

using 6/12 build of netscape

I dragged Joe Francis into my cube to nail this one down. 

1) launch netscape
2) open new blank page to edit
3) create this page(note: add space in the bullet items to get blank bullets)

4) Click on New on the composer toolbar to open up a new blank page
5) in this new page simply add a couple lines of text

"This is my status report for this week"

6) Copy this line of text
7) now click in the second bullet list item to the right of the caret under
Sujay
8) Paste 

Now look at where the caret is. It is blinking to the left of "Shrirang"

9) Hit Undo
10) click on the second bullet list item to the right of the caret under
Shrirang
11) Paste

Now look at where the caret is. It is a big uber caret blinking all the way
on the right side of the page. Now I know we have bugs filed here on 
ubercaret(54452 and 78949), but those were different issues that brought
upon the ubercaret.
