I am in the paris office (the poissioniere address).

It is strange that I cannot connect to IRC.  I have been able to do so in the past, and my colleagues here say that they themselves are able to connect.

I'm not sure exactly what information it would be best for me to include.  I have seen problems connecting since I got to the office this afternoon.  I have attempted to use Adium, as well as the ircii terminal client, and the Mibbit web client.

Mibbit says:

Set maxuserperip to 50 from 195.5.222.194.

That should filter out to the running configuration within the hour. Please reopen the bug if it doesn't work after that.
