Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.9.1) Gecko/20010607 BuildID: 2001060703 When I click on a news item to load it and then switch focus to another Mozilla window, the news reader window pops into the foreground when it shouldn't. The same happens when clicking on a newsgroup name (which has new messages in it) and switching focus. It will come to the foreground when a news item has finished loading. Reproducible: Most of the time Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Mozilla Mail 2. Click on a newsgroup which has some messages in it 3. Switch focus to another Mozilla window before a news item is loaded Actual Results: Mozilla pops into the foreground. Expected Results: Mail and News window should stay in the background until manually switching focus. This is very annoying.
Looks like this is another manifestation of bug 72651. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 72651 ***
