Description:
A user with their device language set to Portugese will see the homescreen label for the Cost Control app rendered in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130327070203
2) Select Settings, then Language, then change the language to Portugues (do Brasil).
3) Restart the device and observe the text under the Cost Control icon on the homescreen.

Actual:
The text under the Cost Control icon is shown in English.

Expected:
The text under the Cost Control icon is shown in Portuguese (eg "Controle de Custos" or "Consumir").

As far as I know this is WONTFIX, because "Cost Control" is a product name and matches the note at the end of https://www.mozilla.org/styleguide/communications/translation/

UX, was this decision reversed?

Reuben, I am not aware of any decision reversing what's stated in the style guide. On the latest build, it looks like "Cost Control" is now called "Usage," as well, which would have resolved the truncation reported in comment 7. Let us know if you need anything else!

Verified on Leo 1.1 commercial RIL per comment 6 and comment 9.  The icon's label is shown as Usage with no truncation.
