Follow up test for the colored bars added in 848155. Note that by the time the refactor happens in 826556, we may be able to test all coloring code in one test proper.

patch is not functional. something either throws an exception or causes the async functional to never finish properly.
Likely suspect is the test favicon; it may not be properly hookedup, identified, or known to the favicon service which is used to derive color.
:mak is probably the current expert on favicon services.
