Details

They're by their very nature tied to Firefox-as-we-ship-it, and not to a generic non-Firefox-branded browser shipped from our code. And so it makes sense to me that these would live in brand.dtd instead of aboutHome.dtd. While moving them, we could also fix bug 632264. This also applies to the about:rights snippet being added in bug 819493, I think.
