We need to nuke the sec-review-needed keyword. We have switched from the keywords to a sec-review? flag some time ago, but the keyword came back and is now gathering bugs that no one is looking for. This makes for missed requests and grumpy people. I've fixed up the valid bugs to get their pending review requests into the system, now we need to keep more from accumulating
