STR: 1) launch browser 2) start loading a heavy page, for example a search result in bing.com 3) hit ctrl-f while page is still navigating result: the find bar will briefly display at the top of the screen, then flip down to the bottom of the screen. once positioned correctly it stays there on subsequent opens.
I've noticed this before too.
