The aurora nightlies start at 04:20, which puts the en-US Win nightly triggering l10n repacks, which then eat the entire Windows build slave pool, around 8am MV time, contributing to the way we've been having to close mozilla-inbound to wait for a Windows build every morning. Unlike mozilla-central where people seem to desperately rush to land something "in time for tomorrow's nightly," I don't remember the last time someone did a desperate midnight landing to catch an aurora nightly. We should move http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/annotate/49932e670cdd/mozilla/config.py#l1494 way earlier, like midnight or 1am, so it can get done with repacks while load is still light.
