## Expected :
floating div should be small like in fennec and you can see the overall page

## Actual :
zoomed in, can't dismiss the floating div, can't pan around it.

## Note :
1. changing the User Agent to fennec allows you to see the whole site

Screenshot of first land. I can't seem to zoom in/out on first land.

Once I changed the UA, I can't repro it anymore.
