Description:
When user receives a call with the locked screen from a contact with photo, attention screen is not filling the screen nicely. Photo appears at the bottom and fills up the screen only after call is answered
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130328070204
2) Create a contact with a photo in the Contacts app
3) Press the power button to lock device
4) Receive a call from just created contact
Actual:
Attention screen doesn't fill the screen
Expected:
Attention screen fills up the screen nicely
