See bug 828562 comment 1. We would like to keep track of the number of secondary tiles that users have created. If we can't enumerate (or count) the number of secondary tiles each session, then maybe we should just count the number of times that a user adds a secondary tile. If we can enumerate them, maybe we'll just want to count the secondary tiles at the beginning and end of a session?
