Story bug 831614 was just about setting up sync in Desktop Firefox and then it auto being setup in Metro. I think this bug is just a sync setup issue in Metro Firefox. That story hasn't been completed yet. So I think it's just a bug that needs to be done under that story.

Sync is to be managed via Firefox Accounts come Fx 29, and then in desktop mode initially. We aren't managing any sync settings in Metro currently, are we? Have they been hidden / removed, making this bug go away?
