We in many places (arguably acceptable) cheat and mark comm-release as comm-esr17. This however creates a comm-esr17 bundle that masqarades as comm-release. That then breaks lots of other automation (e.g. merge-day stuff that SeaMonkey does).

Since nothing official Thunderbird uses comm-release, I suggest we just disable the hg bundle logic for comm-release, to avoid this problem entirely, I can then enable it for SeaMonkey instead.

Fixed my bustage temporarily by creating a bundle manually in seamonkey's folder with:

bash ../build-tools/scripts/bundle/hg-bundle.sh comm-release releases/comm-release stage.mozilla.org seabld /home/ftp/pub/seamonkey seabld_dsa

I believe this isn't an issue since comm-esr17 has gone away, and comm-esr24 was done differently.
