As per Fabrice e-mail on gaia mailing list we need to update the manifest in order to avoid possible issues with a IndexedDB quota bug.

It is very unlikely Usage application reaches 5MiB limit but it is included as a prevention measure following advice of Fabrice and Jordano in the Gaia mailing list with subject Apps Using Indexed DB.
