The CC'd people need to be able to find this script if/when it is moved.

Also, this documentation needs to be updated when this is moved:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Updating_NSPR_or_NSS_in_mozilla-central

Perhaps this should be made a mach command.
