DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
Can not turn on BT after turn off
REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
1.Choose a image in gallery and share with BT
2.Phone will prompt should pair phone first,then phone will enter to pair interface.
3.Choose a device to pair,after paired successfully,can not find the paired device-->KO
4.Turn off BT,then try to turn on failed,BT switch show white color,have no any
idea to turn on-->KO
5.And then enter to gallery,choose a file to share with BT ,can turn on BT
6.Turn off again,also show white,can not turn on-->KO
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
For KO,should can turn on successfully

Hi:
We have reproduced in the latest version,this issue is also exist.but probability less than before,when you turn on then turn off for server times,find the BT can not be turned again.
