An AMO reviewer pointed out to me that the latest version of my no-ga add-on had a empty 'tests' folder, the repo has a file in that folder which was not shipped with the add-on, but there is a empty 'tests' folder, which should not be included.

Once bug 915376 lands this will be a bug for jpm.

Also this patch probably needs updating and needs tests before we could land it.

Sorry we won't be releasing any new versions of cfx, jpm is the replacement https://www.npmjs.com/package/jpm
