Steps to reproduce:

If you have a select menu with a css style of -moz-backface-visibility:hidden on Firefox 19 on Mac, when you try to select an option from the dropdown menu it will not work.

To reproduce - 
<select name="test" style="-moz-backface-visibility:hidden">
<option value="1">1</option>
<option value="2">2</option>
</select>

Now try to select one of the options.


Actual results:

When trying to select one of the options it is not possible via mouse.  If you click on it and then use your keyboard arrow keys and then press enter, it will select the option but you will not be able to click it.


Expected results:

When clicking on the option via a mouse, it should select it.

And it is fixed in Firefox 20 for me. Which is not surprising as we fixed a couple issues with non-selectable select dropdowns.

Bug 829886 most likely fixed this. And 20 is now the latest version, so there is no need to up lift this anywhere.

I'm going to mark this fixed.
Reporter, or anyone else, if there are still problems in 20 or newer please reopen.
