857310 - longish downloads stall when device goes to sleep and ff gets minimized

Steps to reproduce:
1. use a stock android device (with disabled power-saving and such)
2. start a download that will take tens of minutes and that won't resume upon pause & resume cycle
3. leave the device as is

what happens:
when the device has screen turned off long enough that firefox gets minimized, the download stalls - it is still displayed in the roll-down system notification screen but the data isn't fetched anymore

what should happen:
download should continue. Maybe ff should prevent android going to the sleep cycle when downloading something

FF: FF Beta 20.0 from Android Market
Android: 4.1.2 with TouchWiz
Device: Samsung Galaxy S III mini / GT-i8190

This will be fixed by in Fx21 by bug 823285.
