Details

In 0.9.1 (Precompiled debian package 2:0.9.1-2), going in offline mode, then
immediately back to online mode, prevents any further page to be loaded.
Mozilla stays working, status bar keeps saying "Resolging host <whatever>".
This is a duplicate of bug 82468.

It's in the release notes.

It should be fixed now, try a recent nightly build to see if you still have that
problem.
