Details

NSS 3.3 will support (client-side) ephemeral DH ciphersuites.  PSM UI and
preferences should be updated to allow these to be used in the client.

Changes required:
  (1) default prefs (2) display names for new ciphers (3) Preference UI (4)
preference initialization and listener table

The current list has a choice of DHE (Diffie/Hellman ephemeral) ciphers.
Therefore I think this is fixed.

Jean-Marc: This was temporarily enabled on the trunk, but was backed out because
of problems.


Anyway, I think we don't need to add the DH ciphers as a separate task, it can
be done as a part of bug 102633.

This will be done as part of bug 184940.
