Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a website that can be scrolled and has a text field (msn.com, about:config and search for something that returns a lot of results)
2. Open the Virtual keyboard by tapping in the text field if needed
3. Scroll the page

Expected results:
The vkb is dismissed

Actual results:
The vkb is not dismissed. If a user scrolls the page and then manually dismisses the vkb the page will be scrolled back to the original position.

Chrome/Dolphin/Opera exhibit the same behaviour; why should scrolling lose focus? I think this is wont-fix.

If I scroll the content is clear that I am not interested in searching something or entering content - at least for the situations where the search field is automatically focused. On most news pages I am looking for content and I am not interested in searching something so scrolling would be a clear indication that I don't want to search for anything. Also the fact that the page is scrolled back when I dismiss the vkb is a bad experience. 

It might be strange to have 2 different behaviours but in my opinion it should work like this:
 - if the vkb has been opened by the page load (focus moved to the search field by default) when I scroll the page the vkb should be closed.
 - if the user focuses a text field and then scrolls the keyboard may remain opened

This is behaving as we want it. We want to be able to pan a page while entering text and not dismiss the keyboard.
