Devices: Asus Transformer TF101 (Android 4.0.3), Acer Iconia (Android 3.2), Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (4.1.1)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the application.
2. Open tab menu in landscape mode.
3. Rotate the device in portrait mode.

Expected:
Tab count should not be displayed in landscape mode.

Actual:
Tab count is displayed in landscape mode but is not displayed in portrait.
I think this is a dupe of my bug 853133 which got duped to bug 848719. Re-open this if bug 848719 doesn't fix this.
