str:

1) open up any multi-item select on bugzilla.

result: in a number of cases, I get a selection popup that runs from the bottom of the select control to the bottom of the screen.

expected: these menus (which are scrollable) should be restricted to a reasonable height.

We currently set a max height for auto-complete menus of 350px.

Yes it is. I'll resolve once bug 858598 lands.
