User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0 Build ID: 20130307023931 Steps to reproduce: Upgraded from FF 19.0.2 to FF20. The upgrade did not restore my session from just prior to the upgrade. The "Restore previous session" entry in History was grayed out, and the new Session Manager menu stated that previous sessions were empty. Actual results: 1) I immediately saved off session.rdf, sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak from the profile. 2) After some experimentation with with the sessionstore.bak and old older version of the files from Windows volume shadow store, I noticed that FF20 was not updating the sessionstore.js with new info. Has the storage mechanism for sessions changed with this release? 3) I then de-installed FF20, restored my saved off copies of the session files from (1) above, and reinstalled FF19.0.2. Session restore worked as expected. Continuing with FF19.0.2 for now as I need to retain the ~400 windows x tabs stored in the session. Expected results: The previous session should have been restored when FF restarted after the upgrade.
