Nightly 23.0a1 (2013-04-04), Win 7 x64
STR:
1. Go to www.gmail.com
2. Login
3. Press on "Compose" button
4. Minimize the compose message window
5. Resize the browser or press the ALT key to reveal the top hidden menu bar
Actual results:
The compose message window gets maximized (in a strange way, not entirely)
Expected results:
The compose message window should stay minimized
Not a regression, reproducible on FF 4.0.1.
Not reproducible on Chrome, Opera.

This is probably a another case of Google developing their product with eyes for WebKit only (ie. Tech Evangelism).

FWIW, my Post now get flagged "This topic is no longer open for new replies due to inactivity. If you'd like to post a message, please search for a more recent topic above or post a new question." + the Bug is still there + I'm not in the Mood for continuing this.
