Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://superuser.com/questions/579216/why-does-this-png-image-display-differently-in-chrome-firefox-than-in-safari-a
2. Scroll the page.
Actual results:
Images flickers.
Expected results:
Images shouldn't flicker.

Occurs in Chrome26 and IE10 as well. But i dont think this is a bug.
Resolved Invalid ?
Please do not close that bug as Invalid, because such behavior is very distracting. If it's reproducible in Chrome/IE just means that it isn't parity bug.
If you don't think that it is a bug, decrease Importance to enhancement.
Severity: normal → enhancement
…and I don't see the flickering in chromium-23/linux, so this bug actually can be counted as parity.
