PROCEDURE
1.- Put SIM Nº 13.
2.- From other phone make a voice call to the number of SIM Nº 13.
3.- Answer the call.
4.- After a while finish the call.

EXPECTED
When a call is accepted/rejected, automatically the following menu is displayed on screen:
Menu title: SmartCall (Connected)
        Item 1:Visualizar
        Item 2:Enviar Tarjeta
        Item 3:Activar Buzón
        Item 4:Salir


If Item1 is selected: Visualizar, the number to which the call was done must be
displayed. 
If item 2 is selected: Enviar Tarjeta, a phone number will be asked to the user
to which a short message will be sent with the phone number
If item 3 is selected: Activar Buzón, the voice mailbox shall be activated. 
When selecting item 4: Salir, the menu must disappear from the display.

When accepted call is finished, automatically the following menu is displayed on screen:
Menu title: SmartCall (Disconnected)
        Item 1:Visualizar
        Item 2: Llamar
        Item 3:Enviar Tarjeta
        Item 4:Activar Buzón
        Item 5:Salir

There is one more item that in previous menu: "Llamar", if selected the handset must make a call to the last number
which it had previously called. 

ACTUAL
The call connected menu is not displayed on the screen when the voice call is accepted. 
The call disconnected menu is not displayed on the screen when the voice call is finished.
