Noticed that when opening a popup that should not resize: window.open(...blah
blah... resizable=no) the titlebar becomes an active "resize" link when double
clicked - that is upon double clicking, the window goes to a new location on the
screen, triggers a "resize" sound cue, yet remains the same size, and purges
itself of all containing html code that was written into it using
"document.write". If that "resized" window is closed and reopened (using the
same link that called the initial popup), the window opens in the upper left
hand corner of the screen and at a size much smaller than the specified H and W
(I'd estimate about 100px X 100px) and does not go back and rewrite the html
code to be contained within. This may or may not be a duplicate but is certainly
associated with this bug.

Is this bug still active?
I tried to go to the given URL but the page no longer exists.
WORKSFORME in my own tests. Though not with windows 98.

I never saw this anywhere. Marking WFM. Please reopen if you still see this and
have a working testcase.
