Details

We should delete user-created skills that are not associated with any profiles. This could be done as part of a daily/weekly batch process or it could be triggered when the number of associated profiles reaches 0. If we choose the triggered approach we should run a one-time job to delete existing skills with 0 profiles. Please request a full database backup before deploying this code to production for its first run.
