I hit this on youtube on a 21 build.

Bug 767633 causes us to create the plugin's initial stream after NPP_New, which means the initial stream might not be the first stream created, though I'm not sure that's the only issue here.
Resolving as wont fix, plugin support deprecated in Firefox 85.
