Steps to reproduce:
Attempted to load a PDF document that contains check boxes.
Actual results:
The check boxes rendered as the number 4 everywhere a check box should have rendered. Check boxes properly render in Adobe Acrobat as well as the Chrome and Internet Explorer PDF viewers.
Expected results:
A check box should have rendered.
Attach the PDF document to this bug, please.
