Simple steps to reproduce, view a page in readermode, observe on initial display the popup menu banner offset up from the bottom of the screen ... touch events take place below it where the banner is expected to be displayed

I am able to reproduce this on Firefox for Android 23.0a1 (2013-04-11) using Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Android 4.1.1)
