Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to google.com(classic version)
2. Type mozilla in the search field
3. Delete the previously entered text and type "boot 2 geko"
Expected results:
The search suggestions are updated as you type.
Actual results:
The search suggestions are not updated.

I can reproduce this issue also on:
Firefox Mobile 21 beta 2 (2013-04-10)
Aurora 22.0a2 (2013-04-10)
Nightly 23.0a1 (2013-04-10)
Using the following devices:
Acer Iconia A500 (Android 3.2.1), Assus Transformer TF101 (Android 4.0.3) and Samsung Galaxy Tab (Android 4.1.1).
NOTE:This is not reproducible on Galaxy Tab (Android 4.0.4).

This doesn't sound like a dup (by the description). I don't have a device to test on though, so I can't check if it's still an issue.
