User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20130326150557 Steps to reproduce: browse the web, on a page which used popup windows. NoScript is installed, so probably it used enabled JavaScript Actual results: The system froze completely. Not even the mouse pointer could be moved any longer. Yesterday, I had to shut down the MacBook via Power Reset. Today, the system come back after a short while, probably after the web page was complete

Martin, I'm not able to duplicate this with Firefox 20 and the latest version of NoScript. I tested it with a few random sites and then with http://www.popuptest.com/. But, in any case, if this crash doesn't happen without the NoScript plugin installed, I'm not sure it is a Firefox bug. It may be a problem with the plugin. Is there a particular url where you consistently get this error? And does it generate a crash report? If you look in about:crash, is the crash recorded there?
No, unfortunately (?) it's not reproducible. The log files had no more chance for show any cause, but the forced power reset only. I've noticed multiple "firefox[23362]: invalid drawable" log messages - but those might not be specific to FireFox, since those where observed with Safari, too - causing similar system freezes.
Martin, did you get any kind of a crash report from this? Does anything show in about:crash?

No, I did not find anything special within the logfiles. about:crash is not known to my FF. The last day where without crash.
