Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.1+)
Gecko/20010615
BuildID: 2001061520

I changed my setting and set email available when offline.
I found that my Excel attachment in email downloaded cannot be open.
Neither by "Open" nor "Save As.." then open.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mail/News Preference
2. Offline & Diskspace
3. Check "Make the message in my Inbox Available...."
4. Receive an email with Excel (or other attachment)
5. The email is shown in italic
6. Open the attachment

Actual Results: Excel complains the file format is not recognized.

Expected Results: Excel can open the file.
(The file has no problem open with Outlook Express or
didn't check the "Make the messsage in my Inbox Available".
Reporter, could you attach the file that showed the problem?
Reporter, are you still seeing this with more recent builds? Please download a
more recent version from
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/mozilla-win32-talkback.zip and
let us know (within 10 days) if you're still seeing this incorrect behavior.

The mozilla project thrives on such information from people like yourself!

Thanks
