This is the bug to track work on the new "Add-ons" panel on about:home, which will be used to show featured add-ons to the user, as well as show their currently installed add-ons.

Mockups to follow shortly.
This bug should include work for:

* Displaying featured add-ons (what we show on the current about:home)
* Providing a link to AMO
* Displaying currently installed add-ons (use the same interaction model we have now for turning these add-ons on and off for now)

----

Note, for simplicity I have removed version numbers and add-on types from these lists. In the Featured Add-ons, I also added the descriptive text that explains what they do to make them a little more interesting to users.
Is this designed to replace about:addons?
Yes, we would likely want one or the other, but not both.
Do we write addons to an XML file or something that we can read from java?
(ssh.. shh.. Shall we move the about:downloads to home page, when we move addons ;) ).

Marking this as Invalid, given our recent decision to rethink our Add-ons UI and move most of this into Settings.
