Mockups
This is the bug to track work on the basic skeleton for the multipage about:home. UX still needs to nail down the kind of visual affordance we should show here. It will likely be one of these 4 http://cl.ly/image/0t1A0B2W012j
* icon tabs
* tabs with fixed width text labels
* tabs with text labels that cut off on the left and right
* a simple visual indicator with no label or icon
Final mocks to come shortly
