Currently one can long-tap and share or save a LocalMediaStream blob; sharing yields (e.x, sharing a stream to Twitter): mediastream:UID (but not the actual blob); saving yields a non-stop download of unknown size of type 'mediastream resource'
E/GeckoConsole(13457): [JavaScript Error: "NS_ERROR_FAILURE: Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIWebBrowserPersist.saveURI]" {file: "chrome://global/content/contentAreaUtils.js" line: 441}]

This is an edge case but I would not mark this as blocking.

See the URL. Easy way to reproduce this is to launch the URL shown with the webrtc prefs flipped, wait until camera start running, and hard press the video. You'll see the options that are cited this bug are present.

Relevant bugs on desktop are probably:
* bug 776819
* bug 773988
