Build 2001-06-09-20, Win2k sp2 Behavior: When dragging (text?) bookmarks from a page into the bookmark manager, it will either crash the browser after the second try (delete and add again since you can't have two), or create a bookmark with a bookmark folder name (i.e. Personal Toolbar Folder), no location. Expected: No crashes, no corruption. Reproduceability: Always if patient. Sometimes I had to lather/rinse/repeat six to eight times. I have a testcase that I got from a Netscape-generated bookmark file.
Worksforme with 071604 mozilla win32 trunk build on win2K and win98. I tried dragging that bookmark to the Bookmark Manager 10 times. Half the time I tried dropping it into a folder half the time into the top level. No crash, no hang, no missing bookmark. EWach time the bookmark worked as expected and launched the metacrawler page. Please reopen if you are still seeing this with a current nightly build. Thanks for your help in testing Mozilla and reporting bugs.

Hmm, well, I still can't get this to add, but every time I delete it and reopen the bookmark manager, it reappears. I have manually deleted this out of my bookmark.html file before; I guess I'll do it again and let you know what's up. Perhaps there's another underlying issue for that? I'll even throw up a screenshot just to document it.
