Can somebody add some comment explaining what the issue is relating to this bug?

Aside from that, I'll be glad to fix it.
I was assigned the mac bug and radha got the linux version. I really don't know
what needs to be done as there is already user agent reporting code in netlib.
The only thing I am not sure of is if the the netlib code is returning the right
values as I don't know what the right values are.

I presume this is the same complaint as in bug #4930.  Closing as a dup of that
one (now fixed).
