Lately, I've been experiencing repeatedly that the autocomplete wouldn't work in my 0.9.1 Mozilla build. I don't know the cause and I couldn't always reproduce this problem.
By 'address bar', you mean the 'Location' or "url bar" in the browser, right? If so, that is/was bug 78771, which was in 0.9.1. There is a lingering bug 83632, which is still in trunk builds as well. Marking as dup of 78771. (Reopen if that is not the place "url bar" that you are referring to. Thanks.) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 78771 ***
