I have a few questions about this:

1) Isn't this already done as part of the productization process?
2) Is this for all currently shipping locales?
3) Doesn't our contract with Google extend to Firefox on Mobile? If so, aren't there only a handful of locales that we could do this for, (e.g., how we must ship Google by default for Russian instead of Yandex)?
