This is strange. I have a lot of received messages that exhibit the same issue: recipients list is not displayed in the way that accompanying ISO charset information describes. This is a regression. There is a message, (not available at this moment), where ISO-8859-7 encoded sender is displayed fine while same doesn't happen for the ISO-8859-7 encoded recipients. Reproducible: Not always (?). Please take a look at the attached message and tell me if recipient list is displayed as it should be (I only see a series of "?").
