steps to reproduce: 1.download a new SW and power on; 2.go into setting-wifi to try to turn on it; Expected: 1.wifi is turned on and can search some AP; Actual: 1.wifi can not be turned on and the button is always shown grey; 2.it can not search any AP.

Did you updated it by using our download-tool or was it a FOTA update? (does this matter?) Please help us to clarify it

Here are my STR, reproducible on the Unagi, 1.0.1: 1. Flash the phone, tethered to the computer. Developer build. 2. Skip the wifi step in the initial setup. Don't choose a network. 3. Skip the tour of the phone. (I don't know if this is relevant, I always do) 4. Go into settings, try to enable wifi. It starts off, and when you try to enable it, we end up with that light blue state of the button, like in the attachment.
I can reproduce the problem with the commits in comment 3. But update the gaia commit to f48c0a043384e510b889 works for me. Can you help to double check it ?
The problem goes away for me with the latest build as well.
