Please create git.m.o:release/l10n/fa/gaia.git as follows:
 - world readable
 - writable only by vcs-sync@m.c
 - no hooks

All set.  I'm going to assume you meant git.m.o:releaseS/l10n/... as that matches all of the other l10n repos.
