We have a lot of test runs that run the same tests in different environments. It's possible that we're not getting much value out of running all of them. jlebar suggested that B2G emulator tests might not be particularly valuable, for example, because the failures they hit are usually hit by linux desktop tests as well.

Like I said in the meeting, I think it would be prudent to collect data here. Bug 860870 is one way to do that, but since we've decided that relies on ent, which is a medium-term project, I wonder if there's an alternative way to collect the data we want.

I'm not sure how I got assigned to this bug.
I'm happy to do this, but I can't do much without data, so I'm going to unassign myself for now.
