We're keeping mn and sw in beta for Firefox 21, please remove those from l10n-changesets and shipped-locales.

In addition, I've also made sure to remove mn,sw locales manually from the l10n-changeset when giving the go for final RC 21.0

I can still see the mn, sw locales in FF 21b7 ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/21.0b7-candidates/build1/win32
Shouldn't have already been removed, since is the last beta ?

Hey Paul, they will be there throughout the beta cycle and get removed for release builds and that is taken care during the final beta->release merge.
